Transport for New South Wales is a statutory authority of the Government of New South Wales created on 1 November 2011 to manage the transport services in the state of New South Wales, Australia.

The authority subsumed the Roads and Traffic Authority, the Transport Construction Authority and the Country Rail Infrastructure Authority, and plans and co-ordinates the functions of RailCorp and the State Transit Authority.[1]

The authority is led by its Director-General, currently Les Wielinga, who reports to the Minister for Transport, presently the Hon. Gladys Berejiklian MP. Various elements of the portfolio also report to the Minister for Roads and Ports, presently the Hon. Duncan Gay MLC.
